Anyway, we are getting off topic. If ones want to trade, probably would not use the wallet to do so. Yet, it is nice to have such option. If one wanted to trade, as said, that are a number of options out there.
I did not mean to push people away from Poloniex but just wondering why the desperation given that there are options. If we want a true trade platform, yes, we can't compared Poloniex with Shapeshift but we need to compare it with other trade platforms, such as Yobit, Livecoin, Bittrex, Cryptopia etc.
® BOILR APP
I find that having to constantly check the cryptoprice manually when the price might not even change for hrs/days etc. it's a bit akward and time consuming (not to say annoying for those who think they got a real message 😉 ).
A nice alternative it's BOILR (https://f-droid.org/repository/browse/?fdfilter=boilr&fdid=mobi.boilr.boilr ). It's an opensource app that:
"Monitor Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies, cryptoassets, futures and options, and trigger alarms according to user settings. 90+ exchanges and counting.
Supports 2 alarm types:
Price Hit - Triggered when price crosses the alarm's upper or lower limit.
Price Change - Triggered when price changes more than X amount (in currency or percentage)...."
